With a focus on virtual try-on solutions and mobile body scanning, California-based 3DLook is partnering with Inditex’s Bershka, a brand recognized for its youthful appeal, to reduce return rates.
By leveraging 3DLook’s virtual fitting room, YourFit, Bershka hopes to provide exact size suggestions and an engaging virtual try-on experience straight on its website. By eliminating the confusion surrounding sizes that digital buyers encounter, our partnership aims to improve sales conversion, lower return rates, and streamline the online buying experience. It also seeks to provide interactive retail experiences catered to youthful, tech-savvy customers.
Through this partnership, customers may choose an item and have access to an AI-powered “See how it fits me” widget. Customers can quickly move through a camera-based flow with the help of a voice-guided real-time procedure. The solution’s sophisticated 3D mapping technology and size suggestion system take front and side photographs and use them to rapidly provide feedback on the best size while creating an incredibly lifelike virtual try-on experience.
In keeping with the preferences of today’s engaged, youth-focused consumers, Bershka’s online store placed a strong emphasis on streamlining the return process for items that don’t fit properly.
Co-founder and chief commercial officer of 3DLook Whitney Cathcart showed faith in the company’s virtual fitting room technology, predicting it could revolutionize online shopping. She also emphasized its contribution to a more environmentally conscious and productive fashion sector by reducing returns related to size and appealing to a younger, technologically savvy clientele.
