The brand-new, cutting-edge Ultimax rapier weaving device
The Ultimax, a brand-new, cutting-edge rapier weaving machine from Picanol, focuses on three key advantages: maximal digitalization for maximum ease of use, ultimate performance and high-quality output, and preparedness for tomorrow’s sustainability needs. Furthermore, to emphasize from the outside how revolutionary the Ultimax is within, the machine’s traditional Picanol appearance has been drastically altered.

Machine for weaving rapiers, OptiMax-i Connect
The OptiMax-i Connect rapier weaving machine, which was the forerunner of the Ultimax, is still in production for certain uses in the weaving of technical textiles up to 540 cm in length.
The OmniPlus-i Connect airjet loom
Recently, Picanol introduced a speed boost for the OmniPlus-i Connect, its airjet platform. This is just one more instance of how Picanol leads the industry in standards-setting. The o-Leno, clever performance, user-friendliness, and intuitive control are optimally coupled with the new leno system. Additionally, Picanol provides the OmniPlus-i, an airjet machine specifically designed for tire cord applications.
