Leading fashion technology company Tukatech has teamed up with EcoShot by Metail to help TUKA3D users, both present and future, present realistic-looking 3D virtual clothing on photorealistic digital models.
With their industry-leading 3D sample-making software, TUKA3D, Tukatech claims to have always worked to assist garment firms in removing physical samples from the product development process. These activities will be further by the new cooperation.
Physical samples were still frequently utilized for sales and photography even though Tukatech, a 3D fashion technology business, has demonstrated its ability to decrease fit and look samples. Together with EcoShot, TUKA3D can now make it simpler to produce images that rival those of pricey traditional photoshoots.
“This partnership has enormous potential to help companies eliminate the need for any physical samples and photography, and to produce only the products that have already sold, thereby reducing costs, inventory, and waste,” TUKAweb President Geoff Taylor said.
“Accurate, practical, and realistic methods for displaying 3D designs on models. That has always been our objective with EcoShot,” said Metail’s New Business Director, Vikesh Shah.
Shah claims that users of apparel 3D CAD software will find this process much more flexible and convenient with the recent release of AI-generated models. Shah went on, “We are thrilled to provide TUKA3D users with a digital means of exhibiting their 3D clothes on models who are the ideal size and appearance for their brand.”
Following TUKA3D and EcoShot’s partnership, users of TUKA3D can obtain over 40 incredibly lifelike digital models quickly. These models are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and stances, including both computer-generated and actual individuals. Users of TUKA3D can create personalized fashion models using AI by using their TUKA3D fit models as a basis.
Geoff Taylor claims that TUKA3D’s AI integration makes it unique among apps. This implies that fashion brands don’t need to create tangible samples to test fits, showcase designs, and conduct online sales using the same 3D avatars.
“Tukatech is a global leader offering all the technology for fashion companies to manufacture the product, rather than just handing it off, once a product is approved or sold,” the statement said in conclusion.
