The Science Based Targets project (SBTi) has certified Insights Energy’s goals to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
By 2030, the corporation wants to reduce emissions under Scopes 1 and 2 by 35%, and emissions under Scope 3 by the same percentage.
These objectives are in line with the ‘Business Ambition for 1.5°C’ of the UN Global Compact.
One of the most important concerns of our day is climate change, and Essity has vowed to attain net zero emissions by 2050.
