Sadas, a Lucca-based business specialising in system integration, automation solutions, and industrial plant electrification, has joined the Italia Technology Alliance (ITA Holding) Group. The goal of this operation is a component of ITA’s larger expansion strategy, which has lately seen the introduction of other businesses involved in software development, industrial automation, and process digitisation.
The final of these facts is Sadas, a business established in 2005 to provide expertise to businesses in the paper and tissue industry.
The firm has grown, broadening its target market to include various product categories, including food and beverage, energy, chemical, nautical, and general manufacturing.
“Sadas ” is the ideal illustration of a local business with excellent digital industrial know-how that has expanded due to innovation. The common value that forms the basis of our relationship, according to Mauro Celli, a shareholder of ITA Holding, is the ambition to refresh and reinvent ourselves to be increasingly effective in meeting the difficulties of the global and international markets.
Luca Brugioni will serve as the only director of Sadas, with Flavio Batti, the new general manager, as his assistant. The commercial division will be under the direction of Giuseppe Simonini, with the customary technical assistance coming from Diego Bonvicini, Marco Porta, and Luigi Franceschi.
The team, which consisted of Dr Stefano Cordoni and Dr Alessia Giometti of the Cordoni & Giometti affiliated business and Attorney Andrea Dianda of the Dianda Law business, oversaw the surgery on behalf of the seller. By the team of Dr David Ninci of the Del Grande Ninci Associati Corporate and Management Tax Consulting Firm and Lawyer Francesco Fiuman of the ITA legal Firm, a member of the Fiuman & Partners legal firm, on behalf of the buyer.
